Alison Vanderpool

I am a licensed Realtor in Iowa with My Real Estate Company, with an extensive professional background working with adults with disabilities and also a senior population. I operate a small business, Innovative Independence, Inc., that is primarily tech training for seniors, and I also run a nonprofit, Audible Visions, that uses Audio Description to make experiences in the arts, entertainment, and real estate more accessible. My husband and I also own and operate a retail/coffee shop in downtown Galena, IL.

In real estate, I specialize in serving those who may need a little extra support in the home buying or selling process, including those who may need physical accommodations or those who are downsizing and may need a more educational and empathetic approach. I am hoping to connect with this population so I may continue this mission and provide this important service to members of the Dubuque and surrounding communities.
